Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Texas Licensed Insurance Agent will undergo paid training to obtain state licensing and will handle inbound calls from warm leads to close insurance sales while delivering exceptional customer service remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, providing product knowledge, and resolving customer concerns
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience in a relevant role
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays
- GED or High School Diploma, and at least 18 years old
- Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Access to high-speed internet and a private workspace conducive to remote work
