Job Summary

To support a growing insurance team, the full-time Remote Insurance Representative will manage inbound calls from warm leads to identify customer needs, educate clients on insurance products, and close sales while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to determine their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Educate customers on various insurance products and identify opportunities for additional sales
• Resolve inquiries and service-related issues by researching and analyzing customer concerns effectively

Required qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use multiple screens and applications simultaneously
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
• Availability for paid training, including licensing and product training
