Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Insurance Agent will engage with customers through inbound calls to identify their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and close sales while participating in a comprehensive training program to obtain state licensing.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
- Educate customers on insurance offerings and identify opportunities for upselling additional services
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues by researching and analyzing information effectively
Required qualifications
- At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
- Proven ability to sell and upsell products while delivering excellent customer service
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to multitask across multiple screens and applications
- Availability for extensive paid training, including licensing and product training
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays, after training
