Job Summary

To support a growing insurance practice, the part-time Texas Licensed Insurance Agent will take inbound calls from warm leads to close sales, educate customers on available products, and provide exceptional service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate insurance products
  • Educate customers on available insurance options and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Research and resolve inquiries regarding insurance and service-related issues
Required qualifications
  • At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using multiple screens and applications simultaneously
  • Must attend 100% of the paid training period and be available for assigned part-time shifts
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be legally permitted to work in the United States
