Job Summary

To elevate member experience, the full-time Texas Licensed Insurance Agent will promote and sell insurance products, service existing policies, and manage sales activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell insurance products and services to members and agents
• Service existing insurance policies professionally and in a timely manner
• Prepare accurate documentation to support client activities and assess risk related to policies

Required qualifications

• Possession of a personal lines insurance license or willingness to obtain it through provided training
• Ability to thrive in an adherence-based environment with a sales-focused outlook
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service and a passion for helping others
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
