Job Summary

Providing inbound customer support for insurance products, the full-time Texas Licensed Insurance Agent will assist customers with policy servicing, payments, and coverage inquiries in a hybrid work environment located in Richardson, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with insurance policy questions and service requests
• Process policyholder transactions accurately and document customer interactions in the CRM
• Assist with payments, billing questions, policy changes, and evaluate payment plans as needed

Required qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required before the start date
• Insurance, insurance sales, or customer service experience preferred
• At least two years of call-center or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute while accurately entering information
