Texas Licensed Insurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Analyst / Analytics Engineer to drive actionable intelligence across integrated insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the semantic layer and define KPI logic for dashboards and reporting
• Translate business questions into SQL queries and create polished dashboards in the BI tool
• Develop and deploy forecasting models and monitor monthly KPI reporting for revenue operations

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics within a managed care or health plan environment
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake
• Demonstrated ability to build PMPM-based reporting and utilization analytics
• Familiarity with ACA-specific constructs and understanding of payor data structures
• Experience with data visualization tools and building ETL/ELT data processing pipelines
