Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time Texas Licensed Insurance Associate will analyze insurance coverage, prepare coverage opinions, and litigate first and third-party claims, with the flexibility to work remotely from Texas.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance coverage and prepare coverage opinions
- Litigate first and third-party claims, including taking depositions and attending court conferences
- Draft and argue motions related to insurance coverage disputes
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of significant insurance coverage experience
- Texas Bar license required
- Strong research and writing skills with excellent academic credentials
- Litigation experience preferred, including deposition and trial experience
