Job Summary
To support Medicaid operations, the full-time TEMP BPO Senior Representative will oversee member enrollment records, provide eligibility support, and generate internal reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files
- Provide timely support for the eligibility load process and coordinate issue resolution
- Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data output
Required qualifications
- Experience in enrollment and billing operations, preferably within Medicaid
- Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English comprehension and written communication abilities
