Texas Licensed Insurance Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Retention Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate retention and new sales activities in a team environment to enhance the benefits selling experience
• Service agents/brokers' renewals and assist in growing their clients' business through effective communication and follow-ups
• Organize and manage Request for Proposals (RFP) and prepare presentations for brokers and clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related selling or telemarketing environment (required)
• Associate's Degree (preferred)
• Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Understanding of insurance products and knowledge of carrier plan features and benefits
