• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to memberships

• Engage with members while navigating multiple systems and tools to resolve issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must reside within 80 miles of the Houston branch office
• Spanish fluency is a plus
