Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking to purchase auto insurance
• Deliver exceptional customer service while processing orders and updating accounts
• Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot customer concerns effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• Available for extensive training, including licensing and product training
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
