Texas Licensed Insurance Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Texas Licensed Insurance Representative, the Customer Service Representative will assist members with AAA membership inquiries, deliver proactive solutions, and engage in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships
• Deliver personalized solutions and recommend valuable products and services
• Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and multitasking to resolve issues

Required qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must reside within 80 miles of San Antonio, TX
• Spanish fluency is a plus
