Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time opportunity as a Texas Licensed Insurance Representative, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced remote contact center, resolving inquiries, supporting policy updates, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer inquiries and support policy updates while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Retain members through effective problem-solving and accurate documentation of all interactions
• Handle escalated contacts with professionalism, collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Spanish fluency required for bilingual queue
• Previous insurance or call center experience preferred
• Must reside within 80 miles of 901 Bagby Street, Houston, TX 77002
