Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Insurance Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance coaching through call audits and monthly feedback sessions
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, performance reviews, and onboarding
• Provide feedback to enhance internal processes and the customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or a high-volume contact center
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a sales environment
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one quickly
• Strong technical aptitude with CRM tools and communication platforms
