Texas Licensed Insurance Sales Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Lead who will manage and develop a team of Insurance Sales Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance coaching and monthly talent development for team members
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and onboarding of new hires
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to improve internal processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or a high-volume contact center
• Experience in a leadership or "player-coach" role
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one quickly
• Strong technical aptitude with CRM tools and omni-channel communication platforms
