Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Lead who will manage and coach a team of Insurance Sales Agents in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance coaching through call audits and monthly reviews to develop team talent
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and onboarding new hires
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance operational processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or a high-volume contact center
• Proven experience in a leadership or player-coach role
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one quickly
• Strong technical aptitude with CRM tools and omni-channel communication platforms
