Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Lead to manage and coach a team of Insurance Sales Agents in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance coaching and call audits to develop team talent
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and onboarding new hires
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve internal processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or a high-volume contact center
• Experience in a leadership or "player-coach" role
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong technical aptitude with CRM tools and communication platforms
