Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or high-volume contact center
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a "player-coach" capacity
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required or willingness to obtain
• Strong technical aptitude with CRM tools and omni-channel communication platforms
