Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales and Service Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide insurance quotes using a consultative sales approach and close sales effectively
  • Deliver high-level support on coverage, billing, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service, issue resolution, and proactive follow-up
Required Qualifications
  • Must hold current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
