• Conduct performance coaching and audits to foster a culture of excellence
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, performance reviews, and onboarding
• Provide feedback to enhance internal processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or a high-volume contact center
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a sales environment
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required or willingness to obtain
• Strong technical aptitude with CRM tools and omni-channel communication platforms
