Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Insurance Sales who will lead a team of Insurance Sales Agents in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance coaching through call audits and monthly reviews to develop team talent
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, performance reviews, and onboarding new hires
• Provide feedback to enhance internal processes and improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or a high-volume contact center environment
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or "player-coach" role
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one quickly
• Strong technical aptitude with CRM tools and omni-channel communication platforms
