Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Insurance Sales who will lead a team of Insurance Sales Agents in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance coaching through call audits and monthly evaluations to develop team talent
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, performance reviews, and onboarding new hires
• Provide feedback to enhance internal processes and customer experience through collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or a high-volume contact center environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a "player-coach" capacity
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required or willingness to obtain one quickly
• Strong technical aptitude with CRM tools and omni-channel communication platforms
