A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S
• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests in an inbound call environment
• Complete comprehensive paid training and obtain necessary state licensing

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Texas
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
• Open availability during operating hours
