Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Insurance Verification Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Medicaid providers and members regarding insurance coverage and Coordination of Benefits (COB) inquiries
• Verify and validate third-party insurance coverage using various systems and tools
• Process back-office tasks including documentation and communication related to Third-Party Recovery (TPR) contracts

Required Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED required
• 1+ year of experience in medical insurance verification or healthcare operations
• 1+ year of call center or phone-based customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security guidelines
