Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator - Specialty Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter new referrals and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system
• Communicate necessary information to the authorization/reimbursement department for patient benefit information
• Complete welcome calls to new patients and manage incoming calls as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by applicable state board of pharmacy
• One to two years of relevant experience
• Any combination of necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities
