Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enters referrals and meets productivity and quality standards
Communicates with referral sources and patients regarding documentation and financial responsibilities
Supervises team members, conducts training, and monitors performance metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
Related experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer service
One (1) year of work-related experience required; additional experience for senior and lead levels
Experience in healthcare organizations or pharmacies that bill insurance is preferred
Proficiency with computers and healthcare software applications
