Job Summary
To support a growing outpatient program, the part-time Texas Licensed IOP Therapist will provide patient care, treatment planning, and behavioral management in a fully remote setting during evening hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing assessments, treatment planning, and behavioral management for patients
- Organize patient activities and maintain accurate patient records and schedules
- Facilitate family therapy and assist in discharge planning for patients
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, including family and group therapies
- State license as an LMSW, LCSW, LPC Intern, LPC, LMFT-A, or LMFT
- CPR Certification and CPI training must be completed prior to providing direct patient care
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and potential overtime
