Job Summary

To support the treatment of adolescents, the part-time Texas Licensed IOP Therapist will provide behavioral health care, including ongoing assessment, treatment planning, and family therapy in a fully remote outpatient setting during evening hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage patient care through continuous interaction and role-modeling while organizing activities and maintaining documentation
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address patients' biopsychosocial needs
  • Facilitate family therapy sessions and assist in discharge planning
Required qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies
  • State license as an LMSW, LCSW, LPC Intern, LPC, LMFT-A, or LMFT
  • CPR Certification and CPI training must be completed prior to providing direct patient care services
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required
