Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, negotiate, and review various contracts, identifying key risk areas and interpreting terms and conditions
• Manage contract lifecycles, troubleshoot issues, and maintain an organized contract database
• Assist Project Managers with proposals and lead pre- and post-award preparations and negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Texas DIR IT cooperative contracts and procurement laws preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of contract management experience
• Experience in planning, developing, and negotiating IT contracts
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software tools
• Experience working with confidential documents under confidentiality obligations
