Job Summary
Providing essential support for internal users, the full-time Texas Licensed IT Help Desk Specialist will install hardware, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and manage identity and access configurations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and install new computing hardware and software, providing advanced troubleshooting for various operating systems and devices
- Administer identity and access configurations across platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365, while maintaining remote support infrastructure
- Lead small-to-medium-sized IT projects and contribute to IT documentation to enhance Help Desk operations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar technical roles
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management systems
- Completed college coursework in an IT-related field or technical science
- Strong understanding of security best practices and advanced troubleshooting across hardware and software
