Job Summary
To lead IT compliance, governance, risk management, and audit programs, the full-time Texas Licensed IT Security Manager will oversee the design and implementation of IT controls, manage internal and external audit relationships, and drive a culture of accountability and compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Corporate IT SOX compliance strategy, including risk assessments and control evaluations
- Lead IT audit initiatives and serve as the primary liaison between Corporate IT and auditors
- Build relationships with stakeholders to drive compliance and risk management objectives across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8-15+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or Compliance, with at least 5-7 years in SOX compliance
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CPA are preferred
- Experience managing external audit relationships and leading large-scale compliance programs
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
