Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Texas Licensed Itemization Review Supervisor will manage client appeals, oversee file assignments, and maintain accurate data analytics to support informed decision-making while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track client appeals and oversee the file assignment process
• Maintain accurate data and prepare monthly metrics and reporting
• Lead and support the team while ensuring adherence to HIPAA compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the O.R., ICU, or E.R. as an R.N
• At least 3 years of experience in a hospital supervisor or manager role
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
• Experience in medical bill auditing preferred
