• Draft and argue complex motions, including dispositive and discovery motions
• Support trial teams with jury charge issues and appellate strategy
• Conduct advanced legal research and mentor attorneys on motion practice

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license; federal court admission preferred
• Extensive experience in civil litigation and appellate practice
• Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and evidence rules
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
