Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Legal Collections Rep, the remote position will negotiate and process payments for past due accounts while adhering to established guidelines and regulations, with potential onsite training in Houston every other Thursday.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments for delinquent accounts through direct customer contact
• Assess consumers' financial conditions and determine solutions for delinquency
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and ensure compliance with collection regulations

Required qualifications

• Prior legal collections work history is mandatory
• High school diploma is required; some college is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Strong negotiation skills and a competitive, persuasive personality
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in documenting information accurately
