Job Summary

Serving as a Texas litigation-practice subject-matter resource, the full-time Texas Licensed Legal Practice Specialist will manage training for the sales team, represent Texas customers in product development, and liaise with courts on procedural requirements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and deliver Texas practice training for the sales team, including onboarding and recurring clinics
  • Represent the Texas customer in product and operations workflow development, contributing to new products and features
  • Liaise with court clerks to clarify filing and procedural requirements on behalf of the company
Required qualifications
  • Four or more years of experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant in Texas civil litigation
  • Hands-on eFiling experience across multiple Texas counties with knowledge of county-level differences
  • Direct experience coordinating service of process and tracking Texas dockets and deadlines
  • Deep knowledge of Texas trial court structure and mandatory eFiling mechanics
  • Paralegal certification preferred, such as Texas Board of Legal Specialization or NALA Certified Paralegal
