Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Claims Examiner with GL, Auto, Bodily Injury & Professional Liability experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering relevant information
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictions including GA, AL, MS, KY, NC, IN
• Licensing in TX preferred
