Job Summary

Analyzing Bodily Injury Premise claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activities while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority limits
• Communicating claim activity and processing details with claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Texas state licensing required
• Knowledge of jurisdictional regulations in relevant states
