Texas Licensed Liability Claims Lead

Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time Texas Licensed Liability Claims Lead will adjudicate complex general liability and bodily injury claims, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards, while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity if within commutable distance to the Blue Ash, OH office.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage teams of examiners, ensuring effective workload distribution and training
• Provide technical and jurisdictional direction for claims adjudication and monitor high exposure claims
• Compile and analyze management reports, recommending process improvements and maintaining client relationships

Required qualifications

• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of nationwide jurisdictional requirements
• Texas claims license required; preference for candidates with Texas licensing
