Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Consultant to evaluate insurance applicants and determine risk levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Review upfront underwriting data and tools to assess applications
• Determine value and additional underwriting requirements for risk selection
• Data entry of medical history and processing cases using system workbenches

Required Qualifications and Education

• 7-10+ years of Life Insurance Underwriting experience
• Ability to handle advanced decision-making authorities (1 Million or higher)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Completion of LOMA 280/281 and 290/291; actively working toward AALU, FLMI, and FALU
• BGA and Trial Experience preferred
