Texas Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To enhance a growing legal team, the full-time Texas Licensed Litigation Paralegal will supervise and train paralegal staff, independently draft legal documents, and develop tailored discovery strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop paralegal staff to ensure quality and efficiency
• Independently craft and respond to discovery requests and prepare jury charges
• Draft comprehensive legal documents, including petitions and motions, while managing court deadlines

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law
• Proven ability to independently draft legal documents and develop legal strategies
• Experience in crafting jury charges and aligning legal documents with case elements
• Strong leadership skills to train and supervise junior and foreign paralegals
• Comfortable working effectively in a fully remote environment
