Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Litigation Paralegal, the full-time position will manage and enhance the paralegal team, develop legal strategies, and support litigation efforts through comprehensive legal drafting and discovery management in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop paralegal staff to ensure quality and efficiency in their work
- Independently craft and respond to discovery requests and develop tailored legal strategies
- Prepare jury charges and draft comprehensive legal documents for state and federal court cases
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law with complex litigation exposure
- Proven ability to independently draft legal documents and develop discovery strategies
- Expertise in crafting jury charges and aligning legal documents with case elements
- Experience in training and supervising junior and foreign paralegals
- Comfortable working effectively in a fully remote environment
