Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Litigation Paralegal, the full-time position will manage and mentor paralegal staff, develop tailored legal strategies, and draft comprehensive legal documents while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop paralegal staff to ensure quality and efficiency in their work
- Independently craft and respond to discovery requests, developing tailored strategies based on case specifics
- Draft legal motions, petitions, and jury charges while ensuring timely adherence to court deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law with complex litigation exposure
- Proven ability to independently draft discovery requests and legal strategies
- Experience in crafting jury charges and aligning legal documents with case elements
- Strong leadership skills to train and supervise junior and foreign paralegals
- Comfortable working effectively in a fully remote environment
