Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Litigation Paralegal, the full-time position will manage and mentor paralegal staff, independently craft legal documents, and develop tailored discovery strategies while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop foreign paralegal staff to ensure quality and efficiency in their work
- Independently draft and respond to discovery requests, creating tailored strategies based on case specifics
- Prepare precise jury charges and draft comprehensive legal documents for state and federal court cases
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law with exposure to complex litigation
- Proven ability to independently draft discovery requests and develop legal strategies
- Expertise in crafting jury charges and aligning legal documents with case elements
- Strong leadership skills to effectively train and supervise junior and foreign paralegals
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment while maintaining high performance standards
