Seeking a Texas Licensed Litigation Paralegal, the full-time position will manage and mentor paralegal staff, develop tailored discovery strategies, and prepare comprehensive legal documents in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop paralegal staff to ensure quality and efficiency in their work
- Independently craft and respond to discovery requests and develop tailored legal strategies
- Draft comprehensive legal documents, including petitions and jury charges, for state and federal court cases
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law
- Proven ability to independently draft legal documents and develop strategies from scratch
- Expertise in crafting jury charges and aligning legal documents with case elements
- Strong leadership skills to train and supervise junior and foreign paralegals
- Comfortable and effective in a fully remote working environment
