Job Summary

Supporting adult clients with mental health challenges, the full-time Texas Licensed LMSW will provide individual therapy sessions, conduct psychosocial assessments, and maintain clinical documentation while delivering telehealth services remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards

Required qualifications

• Active LMSW license in the state of practice
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations
• Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements
