Texas Licensed Loan Closer

Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Loan Closer, the full-time remote position will manage the preparation of closing packages, provide funding authorization, and ensure compliance with closing documents while supporting Loan Officers in delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing packages for accuracy and compliance
• Authorize funding to Title/Escrow Agents and manage communication with stakeholders
• Ensure all fees and credits are correctly itemized and documented

Required qualifications

• 5 years of closer/funder experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of RESPA/GFE laws and closing/legal documents
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Familiarity with LoanSoft software is a plus
• Detailed understanding of FHA/VA/USDA loan documents and compliance regulations
