Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Loan Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact borrowers via phone and email to facilitate the loan application process and collect required documents
• Engage borrowers, promote loan benefits, and drive transactions to close within 1 to 2 calls
• Manage a sales pipeline of up to 20 transactions and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience as an inside sales representative, preferably in a fast-paced call center environment
• Experience in a highly commission-driven environment with proven success in exceeding sales goals
• Strong computer and organizational skills, particularly with CRM tools like Salesforce
• High School diploma or equivalent
