Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time Texas Licensed Loan Consultant will deliver personalized mortgage solutions, educate clients on financing options, and leverage advanced technology to streamline the lending process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a consultative, personalized mortgage experience based on each borrower's financial goals
• Manage an active pipeline from initial consultation through closing while maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and accelerate the lending process

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS registration and applicable state licenses, or the ability to obtain required licensing
• Experience in mortgage lending, financial services, sales, or relationship management preferred
• Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearly
• Comfortable using AI, automation, and digital platforms
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and client satisfaction
