Key Responsibilities

• Assess borrowers' loan requirements and consult on suitable loan options
• Manage the loan application process and ensure a seamless experience for clients
• Utilize technology to manage a large pipeline and maintain performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of successful consumer lending sales experience, preferably 5 years
• Proficient in Encompass (LOS) and Velocify (CRM)
• NMLS SAFE ACT compliant with 5 or more active state licenses
• Proven track record in the mortgage environment
